Dr. Gretchen Lorenson of KiHealth is an expert when it comes to providing acupuncture treatment. She earned her Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine at Southwest Acupuncture College in Albuquerque, NM. Her specialties lie on mental health, trauma relief, and pain management with emphasis on family care. Dr. Lorenson has studied with Master T. Koei Kuwahara as well as with local expert Dr. Ehrland Truitt where he learned the gentle yet powerful art of Japanese Hari-style acupuncture where treatment id focused on addressing the root cause of disease with gentle focused needle technique. The HARI technique is a highly refined form of Meridian Therapy. Practitioners of this style have developed extraordinary sensitivity to Ki through the practice of Ki diagnosis, pulse diagnosis, and non-inserted needling techniques.

Gretchen Lorenson of KiHealth holds a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine, AA and a Program Coordinator. She has had a variety of job experiences and scholastic endeavors which has led her to her current work. Dr. Lorenson is a graduate of Southwest Acupuncture College from Albuquerque, NM. She has participated in various community services, outreach and development programs including Habitat for Humanity, The Martin Luther King Jr. Action Project, Colorado Creative Education, and a variety of homeless shelters, food banks, soup kitchens, and other service organizations. Dr. Lorenson is committed to ensuring that people will have access to healthcare in a manner that encourages community support, growth and development.
